2nd-Jan-2014 I had made an repair order to your HK support center. 3rd-Jan-2014 your center sent the 1st IT guy to my place to repair it. but he failed. 7th-Jan-2014 2nd IT guy came to repair it again, but he failed again. and then your support center need to arrange another part. whole China doesn't have this parts, then they said need to search from other region, then16th-Jan-2014 the 3rd IT guy visited my place and change parts again, then he failed to repair the computer again. and then your support center say they will arrange another parts again. At that moment, we are totally disappointed, angry and lost the patient. How can such huge size of company unable to repair a computer that they sold to me?
