Battery problem

Right after I replace the battery for m15 r4. The computer shows error message that the battery is temporarily disabled, please turn off the computer and try again when the unit is back to operational temperature. Even i have contacted several engineers and tried to shut the computer for a night, upgrade BIOS, and upgrade all the necessary drive program, the problem persist. Is there any possible causes that causing this problem?

(PS: when the error take place, the power button shine in a sequence of blue and red. The red-light sine 4 time follows by blue light shine 1 time)
